A Nightlife Guide to Berlin

Dine at Vau

Book a reservation and indulge in some delectable German classics at the Vau, located on the scenic Gendarmenmarkt. Michelin-starred Chef Kolja Kleeberg serves up dishes with an international twist, such as braised pork belly and exquisitely fresh seafood. The sleek designer interior are ideal for an elegant night out and for €50 you can tuck into two courses and a glass of wine.

Drink at Prater

The Prater is the oldest beer garden in the city, dating back to 1837. Unwind on a cool summer evening in the large shaded courtyard and chow down on a hot dog for just €2-€3. With plenty of affordable drinks and hearty German food, Prater serves up a great atmosphere and a slice of history, all washed down with lashings of beer.

Dance at Berghain / Panorama Bar

Named the ‘best club in the world’ by DJ Magazine’s in 2011, the industrial space of Panorama bar has become infamous amongst the city’s club goers. The doors of Berghain are thrown open until late, with crowds coming from far and wind to dance the night away to a mix of international guests and house DJs. Enjoy thumping techno beats on the Berghain floor or head on upstairs to the Panorama bar for a spot of house and disco. Entry is a little steep at €12 on Saturdays, but you can’t go wrong with such a lively and fun experience.

Play at Grand Hyatt Casino

Hop over to the Grand Hyatt Casino for a little flutter.
